40 years, is located in downtown Shelbyville at
33 East Broadway Street.
Cagney's Pizza King is a family restaurant that serves a wide variety of menu choices. We also offer a comfortable lounge at the rear of the building for adult patrons. All of our menu items are available in both the restaurant and the lounge. You will find all of our menu items and prices listed on the menus page. More detailed information about some of our menu items is below:
Pizza
An Indiana tradition, Pizza King pizza is a unique and delicious thin crust pizza that is sliced into squares rather than wedges. All of our pizzas (except some specialty pizzas) are topped with a rich tomato sauce. Then we add mozzarella cheese and your choice of crumbled pepperoni, ground sausage, thin sliced ham, crumbled bacon, chopped green pepper or onion, sliced black olives, banana peppers, pineapple, jalapenos, or sliced mushrooms. Any pizza can be made with BBQ sauce on request.
We also offer specialty pizzas, including:
- BLT Pizza - baked with mozzarella cheese and crumbled bacon, then topped with mayo, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes
- Taco Pizza - baked with tomato sauce, then topped with seasoned taco meat, shredded lettuce, taco sauce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese
- BBQ Chicken Pizza - baked with BBQ sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chicken
- Buffalo Chicken Pizza - baked with spicy wing sauce, mozzarella cheese, and chicken
- Hawaiian Pizza - baked with BBQ sauce, thinly sliced ham, crumbled bacon and diced pineapple
Mexican Food
Our Mexican Food is made with seasoned southwest fajita-style chicken or finely ground beef combined with refried beans. We offer traditional tacos and burritos as well as a couple of unique local favorites:
- The Burrito Supreme is a beef burrito made with lettuce, grated cheddar cheese and taco sauce and topped with our hearty chili, more cheddar cheese, and sour cream on request.
- The Taco Light is a beef or chicken taco made with a soft taco shell that has been deep fried to a crispy golden brown. This taco is called "light" because the shell is lighter and crispier than the traditional corn style taco shell.
Sandwiches
Except for the Chicken Salad Croissant, all of our sandwiches are served hot.
- The Stromboli is a ground sausage sandwich baked with pizza sauce, chopped onions and mozzarella cheese on hearty vienna-style bread.
- The Texas BBQ is also a ground sausage sandwich with chopped onions on vienna-style bread that is made with BBQ sauce rather than pizza sauce.
- The Submarine sandwich is layered with spiced ham, boiled ham, salami, onions, mozzarella cheese and pizza sauce.
- The Fish Sandwich is a firm white fish (Pollock) fried with a corn meal breading and served on a sandwich bun.
- Our King Size Breaded Tenderloin is truly "king size," and is served on a sesame seed bun.
- The Chili Dog is made with a quarter-pound all-beef hot dog smothered in chili and topped with cheddar cheese, sweet relish and chopped onion.
- The Baked Ham & Cheese, Grilled or Crispy Chicken, 1/4 pound and 1/2 pound Hamburgers, and Grilled Tenderloin are served on sandwich buns.
Salads
You can order a toss salad to round out your meal, or order one of our other salads and make it your meal!
- Our Sicilian Salad is made with crisp iceberg lettuce, ham chunks, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and diced tomatoes.
- The Southwest Chicken Salad is made with fajita-style chicken, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- The Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad is made with a sliced, crispy fried chicken breast over romaine lettuce with tomato and freshly grated parmesan cheese and a rich Caesar dressing on the side.
- The Taco Salad is served in a deep fried burrito shell bowl with our taco meat, shredded lettuce, ranch dressing, chili, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
